How can I force myself to eat healthier?!


Question: How can I force myself to eat healthier!?
So basically, I eat nothing!.
Usually for breakfast I'll drink a glass of (organic) chocolate milk!.
That's it!.

Then lunch I'll eat either
a) crackers (haha Annie's are awesome)
or
b) chicken nuggets (ehh!.!.!.)

Dinner
i might eat a steak!.
MIGHT!.
last time i tried i almost barfed!.
like, usually i'll eat some potatoes and veggies and thats it!.
maybe rice instead of the taters lol!.

I know im not healthy!.
I don't feel healthy!.
When ever I try to eat healthier, i get sick!.
I don't have a problem eating veggies (but nothing like, collard greens!.!.!.ehhhh! my mom makes those alot!. they smell so bad!)(and tomatoes!.!.!.tomatoes make me gag!.!.)

I had this problem when i was little, (i had to stop breastfeeding earlier than i guess i was supposed to!. my mom took me to the dr!. with her, and turns out she was prego with #2!. and i heard the dr say "you need to stop breastfeeding her" and later that day she said i wouldn't take anymore!. so that might have something to do with it)
and almost everything i ate made me gag!.
im very very very picky!.

i try not to be! i really do!!
im kind of anorexic!. im obsessed with not getting fat!. i hate eating!.
i've tried starving myself!.
what do i do!?!
i've tried to be vegetarian but that just made things worse!.
its awful!.
what can i do!?

What you need to do is to make a shopping list!. Do not buy too much junk food because if they are laying around the house all day you will be tempted to eat too much of it!. Instead, make good, hearty, healthy food convienient!. Make a list of all the food you want to eat that day!. If its fruit, cut it up in the morning and leave a plate of it on some place you go by a lot!. Everytime you pass the plate, eat a piece!. Also, try gaining muscle by doing weights!. Muscle burns calories even if you do not use them- thats why football players eat so much!. Do not worry about getting fat!. It sounds like you dont each much anyway- you are in danger of getting too skinny!. EaT, EAT, EAT!. If you start getting fat then you can worry about that, but right now you need to eat a ton of healthy food!. DO NOT stay away from carbs and protein!. Always have some kind of food available, and munch on it all day!!! YOU CAN DO IT!!! GOOD LUCK!!!! :DWww@Answer-Health@Com

then when you find a bunch of stuff you lyk!.!.
start lyk eating slowly then more!.!.and more!.!.and so on!.!.
you won't get fat!.!.if you eat healthy foods!.

Try eating something, anything!. It's the fact that you're not eating hardly anything at all which is dangerous!. Go see your local doctor asap!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Lol reminds me when I was a baby, Instead I didnt want to be breastfed anymore because I liked cow's milk better!. (Didnt want to have the breast shoved into my face all the time!.!.!.) But eventually I had to go back to the normal human milk!.!.!.

About vegies!.
I hate vegies!. Certainly, if you want to be healthier, just eat a little more!. It doesn't have to be vegies all the time!. You can become a fruitatarian =)!.
There are always mushrooms (fungi) or tofu thats yummy!.
For snacks you can have dried apricots and cashews!.!.!.

Try eating things that you like!.
Noone can force you to eat the things you dislike but yourself!.
Im just giving you some ideas, to think about!.

wow youre EXACTLY like me and my cousin!. shes 14 and im 17!. we hate eating its gross!. im and exercise fanatic too!. we call eachother up daily and have converwsations about whqat we ate that day!. haha its rpretty bad and the thing is i wanna be a nutrionist!.!.
instead of chocolate milk,try slim fast rich chocolate shakes in the morning, theyre easy to make and give you mornigjn protein and calories!. throughout the day, try snacking on fruits or sokmething small, cause its still at least something!. you need food ever 2-4 hours to keep your metabolism fast!. im not gonna lie i eat every like 6 hours even more, i have maybe 800 calories a day!.!.i should be have about 1250!.!.oops!. but really before its too late get out of anoreic habits!.!.this has been going on for me since i was in 8th grade, i have bad self esteem problems and depression!.!.i dont want you to end up like that!. jsut be happy with yourself and when you see bigger people than you feel sorry for them and be thankful you ddnt end up like that!.!.
