What can i eat to gain more muscle?!


Question: What can i eat to gain more muscle!?
Well Im 15 and Ive been working out for 2 years!. Before id just workout and not really watch what i would eat but i want to start eating healthy and still workout at the same time!.!.!.i want to know what i should eat everyday and how long i should workout!? and also how much i should eat!? I want to know what also is high in protien that i can eat so i can use that protien to gain muscle and get bigger!? please help i need like a schedule on what too eat and what times!.!.!.Thanks Www@Answer-Health@Com

Muscle is not all about protein intake!. Total calories plays an even bigger part!. Each person is different but a good place to start if you're looking to gain muscle is about 25calories/lb of body weight & 1g protein/lb of bodyweight!. If you blow up with fat doing this back off a little, if you don't seem to be gaining any muscle or fat add more calories!. Red meat is perfect!.!.!.Lots of calories & lots of protein!.

When you eat isn't really as important as some people make it out to be!. Just make sure you get your calories in

Buy some whey protein & simple carbs!. Google "Post workout insulin spike" and read all about it!. This should completely explain post workout nutrition!.

Then it's on to the workouts!.!.!.!. We each have 3 major muscle groups; legs, back, and chest!. You want to work a compound movement on each one, 1 time a week!. Squat one day, Deadlift one day, and Bench one day!. Google "5x5 lifting routine" this will answer any questions about reps, sets, or weight used!.

This is the spine of any solid routine!. This will get you results, and as you get comfortable and start progressing you can look up & add other exercises such as; pull ups, bent over rows, dips, military presses ect,!.

educate yourself!.!.!.read about the benefits of compound exercises vs isolation exercises, different training routines, blah blah blah, but always keep the big three in your routine!.

wow lol, umm all i can say is mabey 1 hour a day workout, and eating healthy foods such as salads, egs, ect, go to google and search that sorry i didnt help much but i workout too and i just eat 2 meals a day, in the morrning and at night, i also jog, and do military training ever week, soo i have got some muscle's too but just from working out 1 hour a day, lolWww@Answer-Health@Com

Proteins, such as meat, chicken, eggs, cheese, beans, peanut butter to name a few, you can google proteins and get a whole list of foods and the amount of proteins they contain!. Weight lifting also develops muscles!. Go to a gym for proper instructions on how to bulk up your muscles!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

eat a lot of meat!. Have food 6 times a day, and make sure theyre packed with protein!. Work your muscles 3 times a week!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
