Whats salt beef!? If it is slices of beef!.!.!. then it depends if there is alot of fat present on them!. If it is corned beef you are talking about!.!.!. then it contains maybe around 2 - 3 grams of saturated fat per slice!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Without knowing the portion side it would be impossible to say!.
