Question about nutritional diet?!


Question: Question about nutritional diet!?
What foods should I include and exclude from my diet as an anxiety sufferer!? Are there certain foods that have made you feel more anxious or less anxious!? What are some good things to have on a daily basis that may reduce anxiousness on a general level!? Also, does it help to exercise to relieve stress!? Www@Answer-Health@Com

Anxiety is often built up due to restless energy, and it sounds like exercise will help you quite a bit!. Participate in a physical activity that you enjoy like hiking, running, sports or weight lifting!. Not only will it reduce your anxiety it will increase your energy levels!.

Refined sugars and caffeine will spike your anxiety while healthy foods will prodce balanced blood sugar and calm your nerves!. Avoid caffeine, but herbal caffeine free teas can calm you!. Aim for 8 hours of uninterrupted sleep as well!.

As a diet plan:

- Eat egg whites
- Eat natural peanut butter
- Eat cottage cheese
- Eat whole grains only
- Eat canned tuna
- Eat chicken
- Drink 1 gallon of water a day

- Avoid sugar like the devil
- Don't eat after 7pm
- Don't eat refined carbs (white breads) after lunchWww@Answer-Health@Com

Exercise is very helpful in reliving stress, so take something up - running is very good!.!.!.I use it as my thinking time and it helps me resolve the days issues!. However, when choosing exercise make sure it is something you enjoy!.

For anxiety I would cut any additives or preservatives out of your diet - stop drinking cola or anything like that (gives a friend of mine anxiety)!. Also cut caffeine out!.

Incorporate more fruit into your life!. Eat as much fruit as you desire before meals!.

Try to have a big green salad (spinach/lettuce) daily!. A couple of bowls of spinach would be good!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
