Question: Wanting to be healthier and happier but dont know how!?
i go to bed at 2 wake up at 11!. i eat nothing but junk food and it makes me tired and lazy!. im tired of being this way but finding it hard to get out of my bad habbits!. all of my bad habits seem to be affecting my skin as well!. i've been getting more pimples and blemishes!. where do i start!? thanks!Www@Answer-Health@Com

You should start slowly, if you try to change everything all at once you probably will lose heart!. Maybe try to just change one thing in your diet, ex!. change from whole milk to low fat or fat free milk!. Or try to change from processed wheat product like white bread to whole wheat products!. Also try to cut out some saturated and trans fats!. Saturated fats come from animal products such as whole milk, butter, and deep frying!. Trans fats are in some margarines and also in lots of packaged baked goods!. ex!. all snack cakes or twinkies!. You should also try to start exercising!. Just start with walking around the block!. Then go around twice, And just keep building up to like 30 to 60 minutes!. Just stay with it!. Results don't come overnight, but if you can try for say 6 months, you could see major results!. Another idea is to get a friend to get healthy with you!. It might make it easier with some moral support!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
