Firstly, I kinda agree with the second post on here!.

Counting calories is usually just so unneccesary!. As long as you burn more than you consume, you'll lose weight - this can also be written as:

'Healthy diet and exercise'!. lol

There are no short-cuts, no tricks just that!.

So with that in mind, eat slightly less than you're eating now, and go for a 20/30 minute run each/every other day!.

If you're not losing weight quick enough, eat slightly less or exercise slightly more!.

It's all about determination, and small changes here and there are easier than huge calorie-counting exercises!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I used to count calories and although a man is supposed to eat much more, I stuck to just 1000 calories a day for six month!.
It was hard at first cos you wouldn't believe the amount of calories that some foods contain but I lost over 3'stone!.
You have to be very strict but once you get used to your new diet it gets easier!.
Also, I found 'Potato Waffle' sandwiches a god-send!.
Its about 85 calories per waffle and the bread I used was just 65 calories a slice (no butter mind, just red sauce)!.
