I'm sick of having porridge!.
What do you have for breakfast!? I want some good ideas that I can have next week (i'll be doing my shopping over the weekend)!. I've been having porridge everyday for months and i'm bored of it!

Try adding something to the porridge!. Personally, I add some honey!. It's natures little wonder food!.
You could also try muesli, which is pretty good!. A good high fibre breakfast cereal would also be a good choice!. You can add fruit to these, such as a sliced banana, or a few summer berries, for flavour!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i personally love plain oatmeal (which i guess is what you call pourage) with some peanut butter and honey!. but anything you can get thats low on sugar and made from whole grains is great!. if you eat plain oatmeal try adding some fruits to it or some other type of natural sugar to get you goingWww@Answer-Health@Com

Porridge is an excellent food for breakfasting on as it releases energy slowly through the day!.
Cereals that have wholegrains are good!. Add fruit on top such as a chopped banana or blueberries (a 'superfood')!.
Or treat yourself with scrambled eggs and smoked salmon on toast!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

I would say 2 eggs, a slice of whole grain toast, a fruit, and a glass of low fat or fat free milk or some fruit juice with no added sugar!.

well every so often a full English breakfast, egg, bacon, sausage, mushrooms, and tinned tomatoes, because of juice!. coffee and toast to round it off!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

Add wheat germ to your porridge get the one in the jar with the blue lid - yum :O) or you could have special K, i presume its the healthy option your looking for so try those or a low fat yogurt :O)Www@Answer-Health@Com

I have a shake - whole milk, a banana, an orange, some oatmeal, a thing of yogurt, scoop of protein - blend like crazy and enjoy!.

Try egg whites and a slice of whole grain toast!. The egg whites will keep you feeling full longer in the day!. I also like lox on toast!. The omega-3s are great for too many reasons to list including heart health!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
