If I could only have one, I'd go elliptical -- but a good machine!. One where the computer can act as coach so you get a full body workout!. Try ebay for bargains on used machines; you could search by zip code so you save on shipping via local pick up!. If you could, buy a gym-quality machine, even if it's a little older!.
