Question: What do you think!? Low carb!?!.!.!.!?
I am trying to do a low carb diet so what do you think of my eating plan today!?:
9am-2 eggs and a slice of bacon

12pm-Salad with grilled chicken and oil and vinegar for dressing

2pm-Beef stew with beef, carrots, and broccoli

5pm-Steak with spinach and lima beans

I'd say you're off to a great start- just don't get too carried away- you need some carbs for energy, the natural ones you're eating now as veggies will make you feel full without a lot of calories- that's perfect!.

If you get active every day the weight will come off much faster and much easier!. Ideally lift weights 3 days a week, cardio on the other three!.

I think you include too many fat calories!.!.!.the oil dressing and the steak in the evening won't do much for you!.!.!.personally i think low car diets are like death to you metabolism and are nooooo goooood

i consider myself very well educated in nutrition and can tell you about other diet alternatives to low carb!.!.!.if you would like some ideas and information that you may not know feel free to email me!.!.!.or anyone for that matter who reads this

Actually, you don't need to "diet" as such to lose weight, I learned this at the web portal in the box below, they have plenty of tips and tricks, I lost 8 pounds by taking their advice!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
