Yea stretching and warming up and down helps!. I think taking like medicine is a bit extreme just for a workout!. The answer is just to wait it out and 2-7 days after the workout the muscle soreness should calm down and go away!.

Take a nice hot bath, pop a Tylenol and take tomorrow off from working out!. Give your body time to rest & recover!.

I know what you mean, I lifted weights yesterday and I'm still in pain!. I took today off at gym, but gotta go back tomorrow!

First off, to avoid experiencing soreness again, try warming up before the full exercise!.

You must take analgesic afterwards or use some liniments as a topical solution for your soring muscles!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

soreness is caused by lactic acid, increase your protein intake so your muscles can repair and grow!. Dont take tylenol, soreness is not pain!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
