Question: Which Muscles Should I Work Out!?
I have a hard time doing pushups, what I don't understand is that I'm strong enough to do pullups, chinups, dips, and other exercises but not pushups!? What muscles should i work on to do more pushups!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

The best way to get good at doing push ups is by practicing them!. The muscles involved are chest and triceps, so bench press would also be great!. As far as exercises without using weights, you can do dips and push ups with your feet on chairs, or wide grip or narrow grip push ups!. I'm in the military and I do 65 push ups in a minute for our fitness test!. I got there using bench press and various types of push ups!. good luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well!.!.!.You might aswell lose weight and i suggest you try working out on your hands by lifting up weights everyday!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
