Question: What are the best exercises to burn the most calories!?
I used to be anorexic and now I have gained back all the weight I lost - and more! I just want to go back to where I was - I can't diet because it puts me back on that mentality of being "fat" every time I eat so I've been trying to exercise a lot!. I was wondering what the best exercises are to burn the most calories!. (I am trying to lose some "tummy inches" - I do 100-300 crunches a day!. Does that work!? Are there better ways!?) True!. Compound movements like Squats!. Squats are the single biggest fat burner on earth plus you get nice shaped butt and thighs!. I would suggest practicing on a smith machine or with a friend first!. Start off with low weight!. For a more cardio type workout I suggest starting with a warm up then going heavy for 4 sets then really heavy for three or four sets!.!.!.an example for a girl I help looks like this:

Warm up 15 reps, no weight on the bar
4 sets with the weight being as heavy as you can make it to 8 reps

then 3 sets of 1 rep of max weight (if you can do two and still walk its too light)

Don't worry about being a girl and getting all buff, those women you see like that are on steroids!.!.!.women have 1/100 the testoserone as men, and most men have trouble getting really big so you have NOTHING to worry about in that department, dont be affraid of being strong, you can still be sexyWww@Answer-Health@Com
