Question: Was this a healthy dinner!? quick help!!!?
i ate 700 calories before dinner!.
i ran 3 miles, crunches, and some strength training!.
i ate a grilled chicken salad i made at home!.
-boneless skinless chicken (110 cal)
- a sprinkle of fat free shredded cheese (10 cal)
-fat free italian dressing one spoonful (50 cal)
and one pear, one apple, 1/3 of a zucchini!.
and 15 wheat crackers (130 cal)
so in all, that was about 350 calories!.
and then i had a handful of teddy grahams (100 cal)
so about 450 calories!.
so about 1150, but it probably was 1200 because i probably miscalculated something!.
and now im gonna run one more mile and do a toning video!.
is that okay for today!?
im 17, 5'5'', adn 113 lbs
i have a stomach pooch out/stick out that i need to get rid of!. hah
