How should i lose weight ?!


Question: How should i lose weight !?
im 12, so i cant really go to the gym or go for daily runns because my parents wont let me & i do have LOADS of homeworrk; but, i am abouut 50kg, annd 153cm in height &i do havve a bit of fatt on my stomach and i want to get rid of it, &i knoee i have to like burn calories and stufff; like i do walk to&from school everydaay, and i play netbaal; and at school we have phys ed & fitness and all that!. but i would like to knoe with what i eat, what sortta stuff should i have in my luncch & for breakfaast andd if i should have snaccks andd stuff !?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

to lose some weight, just eat the right foods!.
like chop up some carrots & celery in strips for recess!.
and eat salads for lunch,
and for breakfast cerel like weetbix or something healthy liek that!.
and eat lots of fruits & vegeables for snacks :)

you're 12 don't worry too muche, it's just baby fats!. eventually when you reach puberty age, fats will disappear, but do maintain a good food intake like fruits and vegetables, more protein and less carbohydrates, if you can resist processed foods and junk food then do it!. Water is the best, limit your soda and sweet beverages!. always have a time to walk or jog, dancing is perfect for younger people!.
