Easy way to gain muscle for baseball at home?!


Question: Easy way to gain muscle for baseball at home!?
Since it is hard for my 13 year old son to go to the gym, due to his parents job's!.!.!.what is reccomended for him to gaint some muscle for baseball, at home!. I know push ups and such, but anything more complex!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

No really pushups, pullups, and variations can be really effective!. Regular, and wide stance puchups are good for chest!. Close grip is great triceps, as well as dips (can be done by simply using two chairs)!. Pullups with palms facing away is great for shoulders and back and facing you are good for biceps!. Also, gotta do core stuff (abs) for that strong bat rotation, and some legs as well!. Try lunges, roman chairs, and plyometrics!.

There were many great football players in the 70's and 80's that never lifted a weight in their life, only used body weight, and were jacked!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
