i dont need to know its unhealthy!. i just want to know how to do it!.

that is 5 lbs a week which is probably too much!. All you can do is set your goal (ok, 30 lbs) and then start by looking at what you eat and cutting out as much of the processed food as you can!. I have always believed that you should eat food that is as close to how it appears "in the wild" as you can!. Try to limit the about of Carbs you eat and replace them with loads of fresh vegetables and limit your fruit intake to 2 pieces a day (Fruit is very high in sugar)!. Replace fruit juice and carbonated drinks with water!. Limit carb intake (don't cut them out all together as this is not sustainable and you need some carbs for energy!.

GET MOVING!! Walk Walk Walk!. Any form of movement is going to use energy and therefore burn some calories!. When watching tv, I used to use the add breaks to get up and move, do sit ups or push ups!. Also, you can do weights in front of the tv with either weights bought from a shop or a couple of times of something from the pantry!.

I wish you well with your weight loss (I am undertaking the same thing myself right now) and don't get disheartened if you don't reach your goal by thanksgiving! Any weight you lose will be beneficial to your health!. Just make sure you are losng the weight for yourself and not for anyone else!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

exercise everyday!. cardio and strength!. eat 1200 calories a day!. don't eat after 6 pm and you will lose weight but 30 lbs is a lot to lose in 6 weeksWww@Answer-Health@Com
