Ok!.!. I am 6 foot!.!. 6-"1 !.!. I weigh 170(idk is that normal weight!?) About a week ago I started working out!.!. I do around 150 reps a day and 150 sit ups 50 crunches a day!. Also last night I started to run for about 3-4km!. I am also on a pretty good food diet! How long should it take for me to lose the tummy and get atleast a 2-4 pack!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Keep workin out!.!. Don't measure your progress by weight though, because muscle weighs more than fat, and you're gonna find that as you gain muscle, your weight will increase, but like I said, it's not from fat!. I don't know how long it'll take, just keep doin what you're doin and it'll gradually happen, it's not an overnight change!. Just be careful not to overdo it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
