Well, one thing you haven't mentioned at all is vegetables! You eat a lot of dairy products adn don't seem to get very much fiber either!. I would suggest varying your diet a little more--less ham and cheese, more fiber and vegetables!. (breakfast lean pockets aren't really all that healthy) Www@Answer-Health@Com

Make sure you're getting a well rounded diet which includes protein, fiber, vegetables, fruits, and 8+ cups of water!. You may want to add a little weight training to keep you strong, toned, and keeps your metabolism in check!. Remember, you need the bulk of your daily calories during the day, when you are closer to your bedtime, you don't need extra calories for when you sleep!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

That's why you go up and down Gretchen: you don't include vegetables or fruits!. Just one fruit at day and frozen food!. Frozen food has lot of fat, carbs, not good for you!.
And your work out is very poor, you need 15 minutes EXTRA of cardio!.
If you want to eat that muffin, rice cakes, that lean cusine and that excess of yogurt you need cardio for one hourWww@Answer-Health@Com

I think you are doing great!. Just watch the ham!. Ham is high in calories, fats and salt!.

Try low or no fat cheese!.
