Why when i run or even just walk...?!


Question: Why when i run or even just walk!.!.!.!?
When i run or even just walk i get really bad cramps!. I have no idea why!. It is a really bad pain below my ribs!. What is causing it!. I am not fat to!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well there could be a couple possibilities!.
1) you did not strech properly, try streching more!.
2) you are not drinking enough water, try drinking more!.
3) pay attention to your breathing!. not to fast, not to slow!.

Step1

Step2
Warm up 5 minutes!. Your muscles stretch best if you do a gentle warm-up before you stretch!. Fast walking, slow jogging, or even light calisthenics can be used to warm up!.

Step3
Stretch!. It is very important if you are prone to cramping to stretch before you run!.

Step4
Run your normal workout, but pay attention to your body!. If at anytime, you have strong cramps in your thighs or abdomen, you might be getting a heat injury!. Stop, stretch, move to a cool location and drink cold water!.

Step5
Cool down!. Give your body a chance to come down from the run!. Slowly jog or walk for 5 minutes to help your heart slow down and your body to recover!.

Step6
Stretch!. Stretching after you cool down can help increase blood flow to your muscles, which can reduce cramping!. Stretching after you cool down increases your flexibility as well!.

Step7

Do you stretch before you start your walks/runs!? If you don't, make sure you do to prevent any injuries!. when you do get cramps in your rib area try stretching your arm up, I find that it helps!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

thats not normal!. you should definitely see a doctor!. but sharp pains like that are usually due to muscle cramps caused by dehydration!. you should also stretch daily to loosen your muscles!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I have this same problem too, i hate it! I have just tried really concentrating on breathing really deep and not eating or drinking for about an hour before i run, it has seemed to help! Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com
