Is strength training sufficient if it's done only once a week?!


Question: Is strength training sufficient if it's done only once a week!?
I do spinning 3 days a week and weight train with a trainer once, on Wednesdays!. I'm trying to lose body fat and get stronger!.

Is once a week not enough!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

It's better than doing nothing!. It's exercise but you won't be gaining any muscle!. If anything your progress will be minimal!. "You lose it faster than you gain it"
At least 3 times a week if you're serious!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

no, once a week with only weight training is not enough frequency!.!. what u really need if u want to build is training each different muscle once a week for 40 - 60 mins, and going to the gym 3 - 4 times a week doing weights!.!.!.!.

but once a week is not enough for just one session
