Question: Work out without bulking up!?
I am thin but it's like I have a thin layer of fat on my legs!. What is the best way to burn this fat and tone my legs without making them bulky!? How long will it take to start to see results!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Do any cardiovascular exercises!. These are basically exercises that make you tired, such a running, jogging, even walking, any sports, or just doing reps with light weights!. A good workout regime if lifting weights is to keep the weight so you can complete at least 20 reps, do a 1-2 minutes running on a treadmill, then repeat, do this 3 times for each workout!.
Watch what you eat too!. Stay away from carbs and purified sugars, but make sure you get enough protein and nutrients from other sources such as vegetables and plenty of fruits!
You can also take up something like tennis or ideally soccer or any sport requiring you to run, this will trick you into spending more energy than you probably would just jogging while having a lot of fun and making friends!

(these are all ways that i used to get from 213 lbs to 165 lbs!)

It's all cardio, and reduce your caloric and fat intake if it's excessive!.

Don't worry about bulking up, girls worry too much about that, it's not that easy!.
