What are the pros and cons of bulking up compared to getting ripped/toned?!


Question: What are the pros and cons of bulking up compared to getting ripped/toned!?
I would also like to add that I'm a soccer player!. What kind of exercise would benefit me for soccer!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Tone is an incorrect term!. Defined is more correct!. That is when you have gained a favorable amount of muscle and have lost enough weight(cutting) to make the muscles stand out more!.

Bulking is gaining a lot of calories, carbs, and protein to gain as much mass and weight as possible so you have something to show after cutting!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

im a soccer play too im bulking pros and cons
bulking ur actually stronger but will have some fat over that muscle
ripped and toned u look better not as strong like a models body
if u bulk then cut bulk then cut u gain muscle over time itll take a few year sor so but then ull look bigger and cut get all the benefits =)
but im 15 and im trying to bulk up thats just my choice i guess i wanna get bigger and stronger good exercises leg press calf raises squats deadlifts pull ups reverse pull ups push ups leg lifts crunches and bicycle movement benching all compound movements works ur whole bodyWww@Answer-Health@Com

Ripped and toned is what you want because if your are jacked up there will be a lot more mass that you have to move even though you would be stronger!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
