Maintaining 6 pack without cruches?!


Question: Maintaining 6 pack without cruches!?
I just got a pretty big tattoo on my back that goes from shoulder to shoulder!. Anyways, the guy who did my ink told me not to do much exercise as far as my back hitting the ground!.He told me no crunches for at-least 2 weeks!! So I was wondering as long as I do everything else I was doing minus the crunches, will I be able to maintain the my 6pack!? Will I lose any tone from not being able to do crunches!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Do crunches on a roman bench or on a decline bench! then your back wont touch the ground if you dont know what they are!.!.!.!.
