I need to lose 80 pounds...please help?!


Question: I need to lose 80 pounds!.!.!.please help!?
i am currently 21 years old and 240 pounds!.!.!.i got depressed a couple years back and gained alot of weight!.!.!.i used to weight 155 and that weight looked good on me!.!.!.id like to at least get back down to 160 or 170!.!.!.im really sick of the weight and ive been knowing for a while i need to get it off so i can feel better and get my life back on track!.!.!.

does anyone know of a diet/excercise plan that would be easy to follow for me!.!.!.i go to school full time and work full time so sometimes its hard to always take out alot of time to excercise or cook a healthy meal!.!.!.im in school from 8:30-4:30 then at work from 4:45 to 11:00 and theres always homework when i get home!.!.!.

any help would be appreciated but if you have negative comments dont waste your time!.!.!.keep them to yourself!.!.!.

I've been using this site and it lets you choose foods in your diet and stuff and even gives you a shopping list!. It's worked for me so far so maybe you should try it!. They have a lot of food choices and it's all free to use too!. You can even join groups and get support from other people!.

:O thats a good start for wanting to lose weight umm Lets c do u have a local gym!? go there for ur like 21!? uhh go for 1-2 hours and run on a treadmill maybe do a diet too if u want to

umm im not 21 but heres wat i would do
limite the sodas/cakes/candys/time sitting around
maybe get one of ur friends to do a daily walk with you or maybe go to the gym with you and if ur work allows it break a dinner to work make it when u come home the day before put it in fridge (or whatever) and then when u get back from school grab and it then go to work!? unno but i hope i helped going to the gym helps alot!Www@Answer-Health@Com
