You do not eat 2 hours before and 2 hours after exercising!. If you don't want to bulk your muscle you do not eat animal protein five hours before and five hours after!.

it's important to have some food in you before exercising, but don't eat TOO soon before or you'll make yourself sick!. give yourself a good hour after eating before you exercise!. and same for after, wait a little bit!. xWww@Answer-Health@Com
