Cardio for people who dont like running?!


Question: Cardio for people who dont like running!?
To keep fit for my soccer team I should really be doing some extra cardio outside of training!. However, Im the lack the capability to motivate myself to go running because I HATE RUNNING! We have an exercycle but its old and hurts your bum because the seats a funny shape so I dont wanna use that either!.

Punch, kick, and basically try to destroy a punching bag with just your physical power!. Deals with your anger, and gives you a good workout at the same time!. Works for me, so it will work for you!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

Hiking does offer some excellent vistas as well as a great cardio workout!. However if the pressure on your joints when running is your problem (like it is for myself)!. Try swimming!

If you have access to a pool or ocean, swimming can supply one of the best total body workouts increasing your ability to run, without actually having to run!. More calories are burned per hour swimming then there is hiking or running!. With much less impact on your joints!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Walk on a treadmill with the incline on at least 6%!. I do this and it keeps my heart rate just as high as if I was jogging!. But walking on the incline is much easier on your joints! Www@Answer-Health@Com

do you have stairs!? Stair stepping is great go up and down the stairs briskly and you will maintain what your soccer workouts need!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

I hate running also!. Try swimming or raquetball!. Those are fun things so you don't even feel like you are doing cardio

Cycling, Dancing, Swimming even walking the dog!.!.!. theyre all good forms of cardio =)Www@Answer-Health@Com

try boxing, aerobics or dancing!.

Go hiking, power walk up hill!. Do the eliptical trainer at the gym!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I use an elliptical trainer in the home, it's great!Www@Answer-Health@Com
