Why my weight changes so quickly ?!


Question: Why my weight changes so quickly !?
i'm 19 year old girl
in the last few months my weight is like a yo-yo i loose 20pounds i gain it again i loose 10 i gain 15 ( I'm not on any type of diet and i don't go to the gym or do physical activity and i had a full blood test i have vitamin D deficiency )
i stress aloooot about everything
i'm less than 20 pounds over the ideal weight but i'm not fatWww@Answer-Health@Com

Stress causes changes in your metabolism and can cause your body to store food as fat cells rather than using it to repair muscle!. Try not stressing as much!. Joining a gym will also help with both the stress and your unstable weight (I find going every 2nd day just for 30-60 minutes works wonders! And doesn't interfere with my daily routine too much!)!.

Try eating a bit more wisely also!. Choosing unprocessed foods is the best way to stay at a good weight!. Don't avoid fats - instead only eat fats which occur naturally in foods rather than processed fats (Processed fats such as hydrogenated fats get turned into trans fats by the body which are very bad for us!)!. Avoid foods high in salt and drink more water!.

first you go for full health checkup!.if there is no problem then go for any nutrition or dietitian for guidance in your diet!.any way go for early morning walk for good sun rays which has vitamin D very much!.take care!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
