I'm 5 feet 5 and i am 108 pounds! I really think i am fat!Please tell me! I keep on exercising but all i lose is breast size help!!!!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

There's fatty tissue in breasts, so when weight is being lost it can also reduce your breast size!. There's nothing fat about being 108 pounds!. Please stop wasting your time with the numbers on the scale and don't even bother looking at the women in the magazines!. Those images are heavily doctored!. How old are you, because this can differ between a teenager and 30 year old!. I can better answer your question if I have that info!.
You have a BMI of 18 which is ok if you are under 21!. If you are older than 21 then it's considered underweight!. You are closest to the skinny line on the weight scale, so I would say you are skinny, and far from being fat!.
Exercising is great, also add some strength training to your workout routine, this can help you build muscle mass - that with cardio will shed some excess fat, and make you toned!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

The rule of thumb is 100 pounds if you are 5 feet even, and 5 pounds more for every inch over that!. So, at 5'5", you should be 125!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
