Question: Good workouts that ACTUALLY work ! please!?
I need some workouts to get nice abs "a six pack if possible",tighter butt, slim thighs and hips, and some arm muscles!.

Well depending on your body fat you need to get a flat stomach first because even if you have a six pack you wont see it if their is body fat on top of it!. Try doing 100 crunches each day if you have the money join a gym i found this much more motivating plus they have a lot of machines that can help you to get a six pack faster then just doing crunches!. Try doing the elliptical machine for 30 min!. at least 3 times a week, and do 100 crunches at least 5 days if not 7 days a week!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Do the simple things like sit ups I guess!.
You have to do them right in order for them to work!.
That goes for everything else!. You are not going to get results if you do not do the work out the right way!.

Get a Wii Fit!. It's so fun!. You play games and as your doing games, your getting a work out!.The games help burn fat, streghten muscles and improve posture and balance!. After you've done like 30 minutes of games, you take a body test!. It tells your your center of balance, posture, and weight lose!. you can make a goal and try to reach it by whatever you pick!.

squats, lunges, plies ACTUALLY work for your legs if you do them consistently

arms - speed walking (moving your arms) with 3-5lb weights, push ups

abs - leg lift crunches (lay flat on the ground & hover your legs about 5-10 inches off the ground proceed to "crunch" and bring your legs in towards your elbows) Www@Answer-Health@Com

300 jumping jacks
dancing for about 30 mins
