Answers:
honestly I didn't read it all!. I read Monday and Tuesday and had to give input!. You won't lose weight if you skip a days worth of eating!. You should be eating no less that 2 hours or more than 5 hours apart!. I try and keep it about every 3 hours!. My schedule includes:

Breakfast 7AM: I alternate between
A)a bowl of organic oatmeal with almond slivers, shelled flax seeds and Agave syrup!. Fibre and protein are your friends when seeking to reach a healthy weight!.
B) a sunny side egg on sunflower rye with Spinach and mushrooms!.

Morning snack 10AM: Usually on the go but try to grab something quick!. Usually a shake with yogurt, fruit, and hemp seed in it, but on the really busy days i'll just grab an apple or granola bar!.

lunch 1PM:The old rule of a light lunch and a full supper is wrong in my opinion!. You still have several hours left to fill and need to keep up your energy!. I try and fit in all 4 food groups here!. If you follow that and consider what you would usually have for supper it should be good!. Don't forget portion control!.
tips:small bowls/plates make it look like you have more food!. Check the labels for recommended portion sizes!. Generally each side of a dish(salad, pasta, rice, meat, or veggies) should take up a quarter((12:00 to 3:00) of your plate!.

Afternoon Snack 4pm:Fit in my veggies and/or nuts!.

Dinner 7pm: Something light like a spinach salad with strawberries, toasted pine nuts, and seasoned chicken strips or a roasted red pepper soup!. I generally don't eat after 8pm with the odd exception of special dinners or celebrations!.

3 times a week I'll hit the eliptical for a half hour on level 7(resistance)!. I could do more but haven't really found the motivation to push myself harder!. I try to live a healthier lifestyle!. Don't own a car and walk whenever possible(I take the bus maybe 4 times a week to and from a friend's house), choose stairs over the escalator, the typical healthy scapegoats!. I won't admit to being perfect but I am definitely satisfied with my diet!. In the 5 months since I started it I lost 20lbs!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

no it's not, you should eat more natural foods, fruits and veggies!. two pop tarts for breakfast!?! a frappachino and a calazon it might not be a lot of callories, but what about vitamins!. this might make you lose weight, but in the long run, nutrition is important for your body and in the short term also for you mind!. you need to take better care of yourself!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Try to get more fruits and vegetables in there, you actually loose 20 calories by eating celery, fruits and vegis a good tastey foods that are healthy and keep you energized!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

sounds good but the thing is you don't want to eat too much but you don't want to eat too little but exercise as much as you can!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Eat more vegetables and lay off the smoothies and have some orange or apple juice!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Why aren't you eating a REAL lunch!?
A smoothie/drink/etc!.!.!. =/= real lunchWww@Answer-Health@Com

uhm i'm sure your fine!.!.!. but you should eat a lunchWww@Answer-Health@Com

It looks like you eat a lot of yogurts and wrap sandwiches!. Yougurt is great but not too much of it!.!.!.try eating some real fruits like an apple instead:) wrap sandwiches are good but it depends where you get it from!. Is it greasy!? Is it HUGE!? Also, salads are great but croutons arent always very healthy, so make sure they dont have a lot of unhealthy dressing of croutons!. I wouldnt have cake or big cupcakes either!. Cookies are good:) You can get oatmeal rasin cookies which taste great and are very healthy! You have a pretty good schedule!. You are working out A LOT which is great!!! However, do you want to just look good or do you want to just loose pounds!? If you want to loose pounds keep in mind that your high level of exercise will have you gain pounds in muscle!.
Nice schedule! It should keep you very healthy!
Good luck:)!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

I would say this is perfectly healthy and a great diet, however if you get hungry during they day you should probably eat more lunch but if you are full then thats great :]Www@Answer-Health@Com
