What nutrients am I missing if I eat fish but not meat?!

Question: What nutrients am I missing if I eat fish but not meat!?
I eat vegetables, fruit, and fish!.!.!.but I dont eat meat (cows, beef etc!.) or chicken!. I know I have a deficiency in something(Its a sure thing, dont ask me how I know) and I have no insurance and not enough money for the blood work!. Im trying to determine what it might be that Im missing from my diet!. I cant take multi vitamins because the niacin that is found in them causes me all kinds of skin problems!. I drink whey protein shakes so I know its not protein either!. So aside from niacin, what do you think Im missing!? I eat alot of fish, so its something thats only found in meat or is very low in fish!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
There is probably nothing in red meat that you're missing!. Fish is a very healthy diet!.

Keep your ears open for local health fairs!. They often do low cost and sometimes free blood screening!.

Good luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Not a whole lot, just taste!?!? Just eat different types of fish!. I love Walleye, Northern Pike, Pearch, Tuna, and Salmon! Mmmmm Mmmm!
The protein is there, but you probably will be healthier because of the healthy fatty acids in the fish!. Just dont fry it, loses nutrients!. Bake it or steam it!. Haha, I know to much for a 16 yrd!. Anyways enjoy!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
