Fat is 3500 calories per pound!.
So eat 200 extra calories a day AND workout 3-5 times a week and you'll probably be able to gain 1-2 lbs of muscle a week for the first few weeks!. Just remember to keep the cardio DOWN!. You need to make sure your body spends it's recovery resources on making new muscle and not recovering from cardio!.
Full body exercises are the best!. And you'll have to stress your body if you want to gain muscle!. You can just sit on a machine and do 50 reps of something without breaking a sweat!. That doesn't cause enough of a stress response to gain muscle!. You want to do something that is difficult enough that you fail on the 8th to 10th rep!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
