Should i eat more food daily?!


Question: Should i eat more food daily!?
first of all im 18, and i weigh 185 and i have a very good physique right now!. so well recently i have been eating twice a day because i wake up at 12pm everyday (college student) so i typically eat 2 full meals a day like today for example i was in a rush all day so for lunch at 12 i ate a steak buritto at quedoba!. and for dinner (about 6pm after my workout) i had a double stacked subway club footlong with a bunch of veggies in it( lettuce and spinach and peppers/onions) on wheat!. i also usually run a mile + or workout almost every day if not both in the same day!. oh and some day ill eat at the buffett style dining hall and i usually load up on food (trying to balance healthy with the pizza, but i stay away from too fattening foods) (oh and i snack whenever i can lol)Www@Answer-Health@Com
