How do you stop yourself from eating too much?!


Question: How do you stop yourself from eating too much!?
i eat all the time!
and im not sure how to not eat so much!.

first few days will be hard but then will become easy!.
I dropped to size 2 that way and food became repulsive after a while!.
Careful tough : do not become anorexic!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.am not advocating that at all!. Take vitamins!.
Your stomach shrinks for real!.
Would add more !.maybe later!. but have to go to work now

Eating all the time is great for metabolism, actually!. Small snacks throughout the day, in between meals, once every three hours is ideal!. Examples of said snacks would be:

I cup of yogurt and half of fruit
Handful of nuts
1 piece of fruit
1 ounce of cheese
And so forth!.!.!.

Hey I have that problem too!. Do one of the following before you stuff yourself with food
1!. Drink lots of water!.
2!. Eat something that's low fat and can fill you up like an apple!.
3!. Eat something that can last in your mouth for a while like a lollypop!.
4!. If you really want to eat, eat very slowly!. That will lessen that amount you eat!.

I know I have the same problem!. Try eating lightly and none of your craving snacks for 3 days!. Drink a lot of water!. Keep your hands busy(busy hands can't put food in your mouth)!. If you can fight thru the three days you will see that you gradually loose the urge for what a lot people term (kiddie cocaine)!. I have actually found (for me) that eating small amounts all day is healthier for me! I seem like I eat alot because I am snacking all day - but my snacks are healthy and I actually eat less this way than if I sit and eat 3 full meals! When I first started dieting (years ago) I could curb my appetite a bit by drinking a full glass of water whenever I got hungry!.!.!.wait a few minutes and usually the hunger goes away!. When your body needs water it will act like it is hungry in hopes of some type of food that has water in it!.!.!.try drinking a full glass of water before you eat and wait a few minutes!.!.!.pay attention to your body - if you still feel hungry then eat! Listen to your body! But if the hunger subsides then you will know that you just needed water! After about two or three weeks of being aware and listening to your body you will naturally start drinking the water you need and it will curb those feelings of hunger!.!.!.if you are still hungry - don't starve yourself! Your body makes you feel hungry for many reasons - don't ignore it! Sometimes our bodies also 'crave' certain foods!.!.!.sometimes difficult to pinpoint what we 'want' - lol - this is usually because our bodies are low or deficient in some kind of protien, vitamin, mineral!.!.!.and so on!.!.!.listen to it and try to be concious of what it is you are craving - your body is trying to send you a message for a reason! When I am overworked I crave red meat - protien!.!.!.!.lol!.!.!.and probably iron!.!.!.!.lol!.!.!.I am trying to curb it a bit with chicken and broccoli - lol! Though I do love my Med-rare steaks (but I don't want to over indulge - lol)!.

drink a cup of green tea before your meal, or eat an apple three times a day with every meal, it releives hunger, and stabalizes blood sugar there fore youre not as hungry when you do eat!.!.so you dont eat alot, also try 200 mgs, of chromium a day, not any more than that!.

I'm the same, I love food, but I found some tips!. Only eat when you are hungry and only eat until you are full!. Also I drink lots of water all day, especially when I am hungry because it fills you slightly and stops cravings!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Just remember that what goes in your lips, ends up on your hips!.

You are skinny now, but dont know how you will look in 10 yrs time!.

desire for food is natural but initialaly change it for more liquis, juices and use more of scents anf smells that ll reduce food diet!.
