What kind of foods should i eat if i want to lose weight.?!


Question: What kind of foods should i eat if i want to lose weight!.!?
i dont have a lot of money to spend on expensive foods!.!.!.
im not a great cook, i eat more simpler foods such as breds and pastas currys, take aways exc!.!.!.
i need to lose weight badly ---

noo don't cut out carbs like the other person said!!

honestly youu need your carbohydrates

well if you buy readymade sandwiches and pastries
or if you go out for meals often and take aways like you mentioned

then don't because you don't know whats in them , honestly say you had a salad at a restaurant its probs PACKED with fats and sugars

so make your food!!!
buy simple things like porridge oats for breakfast
( yummy and fulling)
and for your dinner, buy a bag of pasta as it will last forever!!
add peppers and stuff like that
or try couscous , soo nice yet healthy!!
try to dodge cheese, mayonnaise and other fatty sauces!.!.!.

just be balanced!!! obviously you need to treat yourself but when you do treatyourself make it worth it , don't waste your treats on rubbish macdonalds meals, buy a cheesecake or something :)

stick to a low fat diet, have a breakfast of porridge oats with skimmed milk,if your hungry in between meals eat some fruit,take some exercise if you have mobility problems do some gentle movement exercise to some soft music, don't eat too many processed foods and take aways, cut out sugar, use a sweetener if necessary, sweeten your breakfast with fruit, check your weight weekly,don't get bored and nibble on snacks keep yourself occupied, drink less fizzy drinks, replace with fresh water, and if you are hungry and have no fruit drink a glass of water, diet with a Friend and compare results, have will power and stick to diet, good luck, if i can do it so can you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

stop eating carbs if you need to lose weight!. meat, eggs, yogurt!.!. its pretty self explanatory -- stop eating junk food, and start eating natural foods (vegetables, fruit, etc)Www@Answer-Health@Com
