What is the most common reason, in your mind, that people get fat?!


Question: What is the most common reason, in your mind, that people get fat!?
I think it's because I stopped running!. Ever since I started doing martial arts, my weight crept up!. I did it all the time too!. I was a healthy 140-150, then I went up to 180, then I went to 240 or more, but I've lost 20 pounds now!. This was over 10 years!.

I've only realized how fat I've gotten!. It's amazing how it creeps up on you!. I have to join a corrections program, possibly even join the Army or Air Force, so I have to get into shape now!. I definitely wouldn't recommend doing martial arts to lose weight!. I guess I got too dedicated to it!. I think fat people also get discriminated against at job interviews and in general society, judging the way I've been treated when I was fat!. When I was fit, everyone loved me!. Now, they treat me weird, and I can tell!.

This is a common occurrence in people who have been very active for a long time!. Your body gets used to how much you need to eat to maintain energy levels for the amount of exercise it's doing!. Then, all of a sudden, you stop doing as much (running in your case) and change the exercise to something not as cardio intensive, but you eat the same amount of food!. It can be very difficult to eat less food than you are accustomed to!.

I found a great website (calorieking!.com) which you can join for free, where they teach you how much you should be eating to reach your goal weight, how to devise an exercise plan!. You also get heaps of support from other people in the same situation as you!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
