Is there a way to lose your gut by lifting dumbells ?!


Question: Is there a way to lose your gut by lifting dumbells !?
i heard you can but don't rememebr how !. Anyone know!?!.!.!.!.!.i do these cruches i think where my legs are crossed and i lift my self up and count to 5 then go back down i repeat it alot!?!.!.!.!.does that excercise work for the gut!?!.!.!.!.!.i have one and i'm tryin to get rid of it!.!.!.!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Doing crunches primarily strengthens your abs and burns very few calories!. To lose the gut, you need to incorporate as much muscle mass into your work out as possible and preferably at a high intensity!.

Since your legs have the largest muscles in your body, squats and lunges would be best for burning energy!.

I'd recommend doing a circuit of Squats, Push ups, Lunges, Pull ups and Sit ups, with no break between each exercise!. Hold your dumbbells through most of these to increase the intensity!.

Note, if you alternate between upper and lower body exercises, your heart has to work harder to pump the blood where its needed, therefore burning even more calories!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

eat right and burn calories to reduce your gut!. you cant spot reduce!. research a little or ask someone that knows!. its pretty simple and im not sure why people think that they can eat whatever and do crunches and theyll lose their gut!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
