Excercise motivation?!
Question: Excercise motivation!?
so i really want to start doing some excercises, but then i sit down at the computer or tv, and just blow it off, any tips on how i can get motivated to excercise!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

DDR,or a similar dancing game,it isnt too much of a workout untill you get to the harder levels,but its still really fun!.it makes you want to play!.

lol im exactly the same way!. I had a partner over the summer ide work out with like 4-5 times a week, thats what kept me motivated to continue!. then summer classes ended and he went off to a different university and im back at my computer desk!. every time i have time to go to the gym i dont feel like it!. then every time i dont have time (like having to go to work within 1 hour) i feel like going to the gym!.
so my advice is find someone you can work out with, having a partner does a lot for motivation even if you dont workout on same days all the time!. a partner more in shape than you could help even more as theres a bit of competition with that!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Set goals for yourself to try and make it to the gym (and/or) exercise every OTHER day!.!.!.this means you can either go on M,W,F,& SU or T, TH, & SAT!.!.!.this makes it so that you at LEAST get to the gym 3X a week and you kick it up a notch every other week!.!.!.this is how I exercise and now I do it religiously (every since July!! ;))!.!.!.
+ also, I get motivation to exercise when I STOP thinking about other people and start working on MYSELF!.!.!.especially when I'm insecure!.!.!.
it's like my hour every other day for myself + my music strictly!.!.!.
