How much time should I spend exercising?!

Question: How much time should I spend exercising!?
For the past couple of months I was doing 90 minutes a day (45 minutes in the morning and 45 minutes in the evening) but now I am kinda fed up and don't wish to do more than 45 minutes!. Is that enough though!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

What is it you want from your training!?

To get any real benefit from cardio training then you should do 30mins in a session (a bit more if you are training for endurance)!. 3 or 4 times a week is recommended!.

Give your body at least one day a week off for recovery and if you are training with weights/resistance machines, vary the bodyparts so you are not training the same bits every day!.

Set yourself a goal and ask a trainer about the best exercise routine to get you there!.

Well done with your dedication!. Don't waste it 'though - make sure you are training properly (again - ask an instructor)!.

It all depends on the person!. 20 minutes 3-4 times a week is often long enough!. I'm not sure what type of excersize you do, but cross-training can be a great thing to keep you motivated (if you are usually in the gym, try picking up jogging)!. Sometimes even going for a nice walk can be very satisfying!.
I know very few people who work out as long as you do (including body builder) so I wouldn't be worried!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

To stay healthy all you need to do is take a jog for about 15-20 minutes
