I want to get healthier?!


Question: I want to get healthier!?
I realised last week how unhealthy I am!. I walked up 3 short flights of stairs (about 10-20 steps each flight) and I was heavy breathing when I got to the top!.!.!.

I'm 17, and I want to get healthier, but how, exercise but how!?
Also I want maybe bigger hips, but I know that's hard to get!.!.!.

I'm female, 17, 5"0ish, 90-100 pounds (my scales don't work) generally look quite "little"
I know I need to exercise but it's hard because I don't have much time, my school doesn't do sports clubs or anything, and we don't have to do P!.E anymore!.!.!.
So how can I build up exercise slowly, and what kind of things should I eat!? (Lunch is hard to be healthy because I'm at school!.!.!.)
I don't eat meat, but I eat fish, and I don't like most fruits!.

Well the best think i think you can do is start to eat more fruit, drink water, just try to eat things that help you energy wise!. And water helps with everything :3

But yeah since your kind of short (no offense I'm only 5'6 myself) and your weight is not really too bad all i can think of is for you to do running/swimming both of these help with endurance!.
Just find a good pace and learn how to alternate on your run/jog/walk!. And if you make sure you breath correctly you will notice more endurance much faster!. Don't kill yourself now, just do enough, try for probably 1-2 miles a day!.

for starters young lady your 17 im 57 i rum up those stairs and down you can do that 40 times a day thats a start then jug a bit around your neigbourhood ,any friends that you can play pickup ball with ,you eat one of the best foods in the world fish which is my fav,find a park and get in a rutine and jug a litte every day the more you jog the easier it gets so if you go say four laps this week two weeks time you go six laps and so on and so on then people are going to be saying to you take a break you run too fast ,i know i did that myself when i was young nothing to do it's hard but you can do it have a little faith in yourself!.ok p!.s!. bring plenty of water Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well, it's not too smart to lose weight quickly!. It can easily be gained back!.!.!. a healthy rate is considered 1-3 lbs a week!.!.!.
