You have to do lots of cardio and decrease your sugar intake!. Doing crunches and situps increase muscle but are hidden behind the fat in front of it and it jets out your stomach more!. For women bare in mind it is harder to lose the fat compare to the males because of the hormones!. But lots of cardio and decrease your sugar intake will do the trick!. you should see a difference in 3-4 monthsWww@Answer-Health@Com

There are no magic creams or fancy expensive items that will do the work for you!. Diet is the first key!. Watch carbs, fast food, sodas, processed foods!. Exercise is the other!. Take your kids out (stroller, tricycle, etc!.!.) for long walks (going as fast as you can with the kids)!. If you can go to a gym, most gyms offer childcare while you are there!. To target stomach I strongly support using an exercise ball!. The ball is less stressful on your back and how and where you sit targets each muscle group!. You can also stand and twist at your waist not turning your hips!. Stretching to one side and pulling your arm over your head (same direction your body goes)!. I have had 2 kids and now have a flat, defined stomach, but it takes work and dedication (consistency)!. I ride a bicycle 12 miles a day!. Quick trip to the grocery/convenience store I do on my bike even carry small amount of groceries on my bike !.
I have a few handweights at home (5lbs to 20 lbs) that I also use when I am done with my bike ride!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

cardio, diet, lots of water, more cardio, and core strength training!. I takes forever to finally see results, but if you stick with a routine then you'lll be happy in no time!

It's frustrating waiting for the smallest result, but hang in there;)

Exercise won't make it worse!. If it's excess skin, no exercise will cure it; only surgery!. If it's not, keep doing sit-ups, crunches and leg lifts (lay on the floor, keep legs together and lift both, raise and lower but don't let them touch the ground)!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Targetted weight loss is quite tough, some peeple would declare impossible, however I worked off a couple of inches from my waistline by following the instruction on the website in the box below!. Give it a try, their information is very sensible!Www@Answer-Health@Com
