How can i start eating proper food again?!


Question: How can i start eating proper food again!?
I have been living off crap for the past 6 years!. Pizza, chineses, chips, ice cream and so on!. But i need to change my ways lol!. I suppose i can just dump all the crap and start eating normally, but i eat in the morning, 1/2 an hour later im hungry again, so i eat again, usually crap, and doing that after 6 years has paid off!.

So how can i start eating proper food!? and what would you reccomend!?

i dont want any sarcasim!

Well, if you want to do this gradually!. Slowly incorporate vegetables into your food, then cut down the portion sizes of everything you eat!. Drink healthier beverages, preferably water!. Choose leaner meats such as chicken breasts, beef tenderloins, and at least 90/10 ground beef!. Choose low fat yogurt and mixed nuts as snacks!. Eat lots of green!.

Start out slowly!. Instead of the pop, drink water!. Replace things!. Pop is my weakness too and my fridge is full of milk, tea, and juice!. When you don't make things available to yourself it becomes easier!. Not that I have room to talk, I wrestled in high school and weighed 115 lbs!. and now I weight like 180 so hahaha not like my advice will really help but it's just a healthier way to live!. I think it's not what you eat , it's how much you eat!. I admire you for wanting to change though!. Good luckWww@Answer-Health@Com

easy!.!.!. become a vegetarian! (for about a week) you see this is something that balances it out you can still eat what u r eating now but will be healthy and lose wieght!!.!.

lets say you eat 2 large bowls of icecream in one day well then if you ate waffles and toast for brakfast then had a salad for lunch and a baked potato for dinner thats great! (see it balances it out!)Www@Answer-Health@Com

I know how you feel!. I can't control myself when it comes to midnight snacks!. Chips, ice cream, soda, you name it!. I just tell myself that in order to lose weight I have to forget about that!.

bring a trail mix bag every day and with nuts , raisins , dried fruits and so on!. also if that gets annoying have pretzels or unbutteredd popcorn with some splenda to get rid of the sweet tooth ( its like kettle popcorn!.)Www@Answer-Health@Com
