Question: I would like to know how strong I am!?
Hello,

I would prefer a honest answer and not just somebody trying to be cocky about their physical fitness or just some moron messing around!.

I weight 130 pounds and I benchpress 135, I can do a max of 40 pound dumbbelll curl(once) I also do sets of 90-100 !. I can perform 35 pushups straight and can do 30 pound chest flies!. I am also capable of doing 60 pound curls!. :)

Those are my stats can somebody let me know how i'm doing!? for my weight of courseWww@Answer-Health@Com

There is an old standard that you should be able to bench press your own weight, so if you weigh 130 and can bench press 135 - that's good, you're on track (how old are you & how tall!?)

The 40 pound curl is very good - but how is your form!? I see lots of guys trying to curl big weights by doing alot of swinging and body contortions - that doesn't count!. So 40 lbs with good form is good!.

35 pushups is Ok

I'm confused by some of your other statements!.

set of 90-100 !?!?!?!? is that pounds or reps and what exercise!?

You last statement - 60 lb curls !?!?!? what kind of curl since your earlier said you had a 40 lb max dumbell curlWww@Answer-Health@Com

If you wanna be strong and you not going for the look than you moving the totally wrong way friend!. First, the benchpress of 135 is good!. When you can life more than your body weight is pretty good!. But stop doin sets of 90 with 40 barbell man!. that probably one of the stupidest things i've heard!. Increase weight and decrease the reps!. You said you can do the 60 pound curls, why dont you do that 3 sets of 60 with 12 reps and one more set of 70 with 8 reps!. since u didnt mention it just tell everything
teen or younger : perfect
adult : could improve a lil more
but increase at least by 1 push up/benchpress/etc every time!.

sounds like you do a lot of upper body, which is ok!. 90% of america cant bench their own weight!. what can you squat and deadlift, or military press!. bench press is a small piece of the puzzle!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
