Question: Im 12 and weigh 160-170 lbs!. need HELP!?
yes i am working out!. i play football and am pretty active!. im starting to lose lots of weight, but im noticed my man boobs are kinda big!.!. like it seems like when i look down at them i look like a girl!. i also have stretch marks but i only have those because i have really thin skin layer!. yes i know im fat call me as much names as you want and make fun of me!. but i need to know when im down to normal weight, will my marks fade and my man boobs be gone!? thanks!. You are young so your skin will shrink as you loose weight and tone up!. Make sure to use lotion regularly(morning and night) to keep your skin Flexible!. To tone up your chest do push ups(I do them off the sink every time I wash my hands,usually 25 to 40)!. Cardio(running, walking,biking) is stellar for toning up all over!. Make sure to stay away from processed foods i!.e!. fast food and eat things in its most natural state!. Chicken and Fish are excellent souces of quick burning protein so make sure you have that on hand to eat!. Stay away from sodas because there is enough chemicals in them to supply a Science room:) Drink lots of water!. if your only 12, you most likely haven't hit puberty yet( eww i know) But when your body goes thru those changes you get a "growth spurt"!. Everybody is different but average boys grow taller and lose their baby "fat"!. Dont worry too much about it now!. I'd run!. Exercising is ok, but I find running should be your base for your workout routine!. I did Tae Kwon Do for years and got fatter!. I stopped running because I thought I wouldn't need to!. Well, when I looked at pictures of myself and stepped on a scale, I didn't realize how fat I was!.

First of all theyre not man boobs theyre MOOBS!. I have been through this and what you need to do is just lose more weight and do weights!. Itll make them muscly and chicks dont mind that!. Infact ive had compliments!. Weights are your friend!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
