Question: Burning the fat-Mission impossible!?
There are tons of books about slimming down, but the sad fact is that people are fatter then ever!. Where is the problem!. Are the human beings emotional eaters!? How can you fight against that!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

It's about lifestyle, the way we do things, our constant reliance on our intellectual side and a failure to recognize our physical side!. Me, I am 50 years old, 5'6" and 144 lbs( walk around weight), I wrestle at 134 during the season!. I also study Combat SAMBO and I teach Krav Maga for a few hours a week!.

As a child my hobbies and sport (wrestling) kept me active!. My parents never gave me a ride a ride when a destination was within walking or bicycling distance!. I grew up in a large city in Southern California, the car capital of the world!. I still follow the rule, never drive to a place withing walking distance!.

My career as a US Naval officer had me involved in physically strenuous activity constantly!. As a retired person I manage to find around 25 hours a week to work out between gym and sports!. When I was in service, the number of hours of training was much higher!.

I have many friends who are well!.!.!.metabolically challenged (American for fat)!. It is their lifestyle, they play video games when they could be doing some form of exercise!. They sit around eating garbage while watching television!. I kind guilty of on this one, but I go for water over snack foods!. When I am watching television, I'll stretch out, do some neck bridges, v-sits, something to keep moving!.

This is all lifestyle, and many folks have opted for a lazy, fat lifestyle!. Me, I just roll the way I do, I wrestle at the same weight I wrestled in College!. Forget the books, it's all about lifestyle and the patience you have with yourself in changing!. If you start exercising don't expect overnight change, have patience with yourself!.

Losing weight is easy and hard!.
Some people has a very hard time at gaining and other is at losing weight!.
Your body is a reflection of your lifestyle!.

people who have problems with losing weight are usually loves foods!. Try to be on diet!. Think they eat less but the truth is they eat so much food without realizing it!. That happened to me too!.
Try to write down everything you consume in a day and you'll see what i mean!.
Sport can fasten your wight loss but usually eating habit is the main source!.

To really lose weight you have to change your lifestyle!.
Many people (including me) are on yo-yo pattern because when we follow a diet program, we change our eating habit!. But when the plan over, we often get back on our old habit that made us fat!.

The plan is sound simple!. To loose fat -eat less, and to gain fat -eat more!. But you have to do it for a rest of your life!.

Tips: Write down everything you eat and drink in a day!. Be honest!. Even if you eat one spoon of jam, write it down!.
Ask one of your friend whom your body want to be to write down what he eats and drink in a day!.
Compare!.
(Works for gaining weight too)
