How to start drinking more water during the day?!


Question: How to start drinking more water during the day!?
I really need to start drinking more water, but my attempts haven't been successful so far!.
Any useful tips!?
And does water help your skin and make it clearer!?

I fill up a two litre bottle in the morning and drink throughout the day!. And yes your skin will become clearer and your energy levels will soar, and if you get headaches this will eliminate them!.

i suppose putting juice in it would make it easier to drink so long as you don't count the juice in your water intake!. plus if its going to the toilet that is the problem, drinking liquid with calories in it seems to make it stay in your system longer, at least until your body gets used to it!. i only drink a cup of water and one of coffee a day as it just goes straight through me and in my job i cant be running off to the toilet all the time!! Yes Tori, Its very good for your overall health and well being!. Gives the skin all the moisture it needs and stops it drying out!.
My tip would be to buy Ribena or Orange Cordial and add a little to change the taste slightly!. You are still getting your water intake, its just a little easier to swallowWww@Answer-Health@Com

Yeah im the same way!. Keep a chart or something or write yourself a reminder!. Also if u hate the taste of water like me get those powder packets that you mix in it so its not to bad!.

this is an odd answer i know but it works for me:

if you eat a lot of pickles, which have 0 calories so you wont get fat from eating too many, its high in sodium/salt so it will make you thirsty as a result!. you will crave water if you do thisWww@Answer-Health@Com

Take a bottle of water with you everywhere!. Refill whenever wherever!. That's what I do!. H20 is great for your skin, metabolism and pretty much everything else plus it is a free natural resource!. Take advantage!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Use a drink bottle and carry it with you sip on it often!.

Drinking using glasses is harder because you must drink the whole thing sipping works well because you are having bit here & a bit there & go through it without effortWww@Answer-Health@Com

I carry a water bottle around and drink water with everything I eat even with fruit but that's just because I love water!.

water in moderation is good for most organs in your body including skin try having a coloured bottle so you cant see the water and drink with a straw then see if you can drink more each day Www@Answer-Health@Com

Keep a bottle in your purse/backpack, or a case of them in your car!. Substitute as many drinks as possible with water!.
