Question: Is it okay if you are 5'1 and you weigh!.!.!?
Is it okay if you are 5'1 and you weight 125 pounds !?
Does that mean I am fat !? : (

Maybe 10lbs but nothing more!.!.!.i am 5!.0 and 120!.!.!.but still it depends on how old are you!. If you are 18 for example your just fine but if you are 13 maybe you are a little overweight!. Just check your BMI(Body amx index) on google and you will see!. I lost a lot of weight with cereal,oatmeal,fish,chicken,fruits and veggies,90-calorie bars , a lot of water and exercise everyday 10-40min!.Just be patient and try hard!.

Your weight should be about 110 lbs!. But, remember that just because one thing says you should be this weight to be average!. It doesn't take into account bodyfat!. If you bodyfat is within normal range than you should be fine!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

The number of your weight doesn't mean anything!.

Because you could be really fit and way 125 at 5'1!.
