Question: Is this a healthy dinner idea!?!? please help quick!!?
ive had 700 calories so far!.
i ahve a 3 hour practice 6-9pm tonight!.
and for dinner i was planning on having this
-grilled boneless skinless chicken (110 cal) on 90 cal wheat bread
-serving of wheat crackers (130 cal)
-cup of broccoli (50 cal)
-one pear (80 cal)
with a 90 cal dessert of something healthy
would get me to 1250 calories!.
so 50 over my limit!.
but thats okay and healthy right!?
or is it too much carbs!? i dont want a salad, had that last night!.!.!.
but i cant really think of much else that is healthy like that!.
is it good!?
im 17, 5'5'', and 113 lbs

anyways, i think that would be a very good and healthy dinner!.
after a 3 hour sports practice, you need some carbs to help recover quicker!. if you're trying to lose weight tho, you honestly dont need to! but yeah thats a good idea for dinner!Www@Answer-Health@Com

uh!. you're borderline underweight!. you shouldn't be that concerned!. actually you should probably talk to your doctor or a nutritionist!. it sounds like you're trying to lose weight, but that could be seriously detrimental to your health considering you are so tiny now!.

yes it is perfectly fine!. if you exercise like it seems you do (you mentioned 3 hour practice) you should not limit your calorie intake!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
it sounds good to me my dads a nutritionist and he does that all the time, maybe go with a jello
