I ATE about 5000 CALORIES......WHAT NOW?!!!?!


Question: I ATE about 5000 CALORIES!.!.!.!.!.!.WHAT NOW!?!!!!?
ok yesterday i ate way too much!!! heres what i ate!. what should i do now!?!

breakfast: pancakes with syrup and 2 glazed donuts with rainbow sprinkles!. 2 strips of bacon, and eggs!.

snack: chocolate danish, cookies!.

lunch from mickey d's: 2 double cheese burgers and coke

snack: cookie dough

dinner (ok this is really bad :(: 2 slices of pizza, more bacon, and 2 pounds of pork!.

snack: garbonzo beans (i got really gasy)

then around midnight and went downstairs and totally went crazy!. i ate about 90% of a vanilla and chocolate ice cream cake!. i drank 3 gulps of milk,then ate the rest of the cake!. amazingly i was still hungry and had a chicken drumstick!. after that i could barely move and i waddled to my bed and slept til noon this morning!. :( i just weighed myself and i am 243 pounds and im 5'3!. when i sit down i ahev like 4 jelly rolls on my stomach!. help me!!!! i dont want to excerise!!!!!!!!!! aww fizz im just gonna go to ihop or something!. :((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((

wow i have to get really stoned to get them sort of munchies!.!.!.

stop eating junk!.!.!. thats it!.!.!. learn to COOK!.!.!. from FRESH ingredients!.!.!.

im in a chair, been here 26yrs, i can;t exercise!.!.!. so ihave to eat properly!.!.!. then i can get the munchies!.!.!. and stay at 11 stone (160-170ish)

and healthy food is easy to cook, doesnt cost the earth (it does when its from a supermarket) Www@Answer-Health@Com

The pattern for losing those unwanted pounds is not difficult - eat less food and exercise more often - the problems arise when we in reality try to put that into operation! There are a lot of opportunities to fail in the real world aren't there!?! wow ummm try carrying around a picture of a skinny person with you and every time you're going to eat pull out the pic and say, "do i really need all this useless crap running through my body, or do i want to look like that!?"Www@Answer-Health@Com

wow i'm sorry but you are really fat and morbidly obese!. and what you ate is just disgusting!. do you want to know what i ate!?
breakfast -
low fat yogurt
granola bar
lunch -
sandwich on light bread with a veggie burger
salad with fat free dressing
snack-
chocolate soy milk - 8 ounces
dinner -
low fat chicken noodle soup
whole grain mini baguette
dessert -
fat free ice cream with rasberries and sprinkles!.!.!.
and i'm 5'4 and 110 lbs

if you want to lose weight you really need to start eating like that!. because if you continue to eat like you do you will be like a thousand pounds by next year and probably dead in 5 Www@Answer-Health@Com
