Question: Weight has dropped 7 pounds, yet no difference in the body!?
i am 19!.!.!. at 160 lbs (use to be 167)!.!.!. I have a flabby body, but I am not too fat!.!.!.

I have lost 7 pounds in 25 days, and hopefully to loose 5 pounds in the next 2 weeks!.!.!. but I do not see any changes in my body!.!. i measured my waist and all, but it's still the same!.!.!.
I do 1 hour of cardio each day and 1 hour of weight lifting!.!.!. but my stomach is still the same!.!.!. someone help!.!. explain to me why are these flabs still here!? how will they go away!? doing cardio to loose 7 pounds, what is that doing to my body (so far I say "NOTHING, except for the weight scale telling me I lost 7 pounds!.!.!. "!.!. nothing has changed in my appearance!?!?!?!.!.!.why is that!?!?!?!?when will i see results!?!?!?!.!.!. I haven't touched sodas/chips/chocolates or anything related to junk food!.!.!. THIS IS SO FRUSTRATED!!!!.!.!. when will I see my flabs DISAPPEAR!!! Www@Answer-Health@Com

first of all congratulations on losing weight !.!.!. to lose weight you have to combine cardio and a calorie controlled diet like you have done!.!.to define your ab muscles start doing 200 situps a day working on your core Www@Answer-Health@Com
